A social media ratings and audience solution providing media companies an easy way to quantify their social media equity, benchmark against peers and turn social market intelligence into insights that drive social success.

Problem Statement:

This organization was a startup entity that needed to build and operationalize their flagship SaaS product. In addition, the startup wanted to obtain angel funding to ensure the resources required to build, sell and support the offering. The go to market timeframe was approximately six months. The organization needed the strategic experience to work with the leadership to execute and de-risk the go to market target.

Solution:

Delstra assisted the organization on several key operational and product strategy topics including:

  • Identify the technology strategy required to obtain the source data required
  • Evaluate the best provider options to obtain the Facebook and Twitter data
  • Recommend the best fit provider and manage the 1st phase of the project to integrate the outside vendor with the developed solution
  • Develop the on-boarding guide used for all new customers
  • Analyze the social media marketplace to determine the closest class of competitors
  • Develop a competitive analysis summary that could be used in the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to obtain funding
